1. Storefront price and billing disclosures
The current price shown in the app, App Store, Google Play, or web checkout at the time of purchase is the controlling purchase price. Local currency conversions, taxes, and platform pricing rules may cause prices to vary by region or storefront.
For auto-renewing subscriptions, payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the applicable renewal cutoff required by the platform or payment method.
2. What a subscription unlocks
An active Starter or Premium subscription is required to access the Iris Remodel workspace, submit render jobs, and use credit balances associated with the account. Subscription products and credit packs work together, but they are not the same product type.
- Subscriptions provide access to the service and recurring monthly credit grants.
- Credit packs are optional add-ons for additional rollover credits.
- Buying a credit pack does not create, extend, or renew a subscription.
3. Monthly credits and rollover credits
Iris Remodel tracks two main credit balances:
- Monthly credits: credits granted as part of your current subscription cycle.
- Purchased or rollover credits: credits added by credit-pack purchases and credits carried into permanent balance from prior unused monthly credits.
When a new qualifying subscription cycle is successfully applied, unused monthly credits from the prior cycle are rolled into your purchased or rollover balance instead of being erased, and the new cycle's monthly credits are then granted on top of that updated balance.
4. What happens if you run out of credits
If your account has an active subscription but no remaining available credits, you cannot start new render jobs until one of the following happens:
- Your next subscription cycle grants new monthly credits.
- You purchase additional rollover credit packs where available.
- Credits are returned to your balance due to a failed job or other valid adjustment.
Running out of credits does not by itself cancel your subscription. The subscription remains active until it is canceled, expires, or otherwise becomes inactive under the relevant platform or payment rules.
5. What happens if a subscription becomes inactive
If your subscription becomes inactive, any purchased or rollover credits generally remain associated with your account, but the app may still require a qualifying active subscription before those credits can be used to submit new render jobs. If you reactivate a qualifying subscription later, your stored rollover balance can become usable again, subject to the current product rules and applicable law.
6. Credit reservation and automatic refunds
Credits are typically reserved when a render job is accepted into the processing pipeline. If the job fails because of an Iris processing or platform-side operational error, the reserved credits may be refunded back to the account automatically according to our job and billing rules.
7. Web billing and native store billing
Depending on the build and platform, Iris Remodel may offer billing through:
- Web checkout: managed through Stripe for supported web purchase flows.
- Native iOS or Android billing: managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play for supported native purchase flows.
Platform-specific billing terms, cancellation mechanics, grace periods, taxes, and refund rights may also apply to purchases made through that platform and can control the transaction.
8. Managing, canceling, and restoring purchases
- Web subscriptions can generally be managed through the Stripe customer billing portal where offered.
- App Store subscriptions can generally be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Google Play subscriptions can generally be managed through your Google Play subscription settings.
- Where supported, Iris Remodel may also provide in-app links or restore-purchase actions to help you reach the correct management flow.
If you cancel, your subscription normally remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless local law or platform policy requires otherwise.
9. Refunds, billing disputes, and chargebacks
Except where required by law, subscription charges and one-time credit-pack purchases are generally non-refundable once processed. For App Store or Google Play purchases, refund rights and workflows may be controlled by the applicable store.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, revoked, or determined to be fraudulent, we may reverse associated access or credits, suspend features, or investigate the account before restoring service.
10. Taxes and future price changes
Listed prices may exclude taxes unless otherwise stated by the checkout or storefront. We may change prices, plan structure, or credit allotments in the future. If we do, the current app or storefront price and any platform-required notice process will govern the updated purchase terms.
