Delete Your Iris Remodel Account

1. Delete your account in the app

These steps are the same in the iOS app, the Android app, and the web app at app.irisremodel.com.

1. Sign in to Iris Remodel.
2. Open the profile menu (your avatar, at the top of the screen) and choose Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom of Settings to Danger Zone and choose Show.
4. Choose Delete account.
5. Type DELETE when asked, and confirm.

Your account closes immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone, and a deleted account cannot be restored.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, email support@irisremodel.com with the subject "Delete my Iris Remodel account."

• Send the request from the email address on your Iris Remodel account, so we can confirm it is yours.
• If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, tell us that, and we will help you identify the account.
• We may ask a follow-up question to confirm ownership before we delete anything.

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

When you delete your account in the app, this happens right away:

• Your account is closed for good. Nobody can sign in to it again.
• Your sign-in details, including your email address, are removed or irreversibly scrambled in our authentication records.
• The room photos you uploaded for renders, and the images Iris generated from them, are deleted from our storage.
• Settings saved by Iris Remodel on the device you deleted from are cleared.

Within 30 days of the deletion, or of a verified email request, we also remove what remains in our active systems: your profile and display name, your projects and prompts, render history, saved reference images, and your credit balance. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted and cannot be refunded or moved to another account.

4. What we may keep, and why

• Purchase and transaction records. Records of subscriptions, credit purchases, and refunds are kept as needed for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention. These records identify a transaction, not your photos or projects.
• Records held by Apple, Google, and Stripe. The App Store, Google Play, and Stripe keep their own records of your purchases under their own privacy policies. We cannot delete those for you.
• Backups and logs. Deleted data may persist in backups and server logs for a limited time before it is overwritten.
• Legal requirements. We keep information where the law requires us to, or where we need it to resolve a dispute or investigate misuse of the service.

5. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by the store or payment provider you bought them from, not by the app itself. If you delete your account without cancelling, you can keep being charged. Cancel first:

• Apple App Store: on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Iris Remodel, and cancel.
• Google Play: open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, choose Iris Remodel, and cancel.
• Web (Stripe): sign in at app.irisremodel.com, open the profile menu, choose Subscription, then Cancel subscription. This opens our billing portal, where you confirm the cancellation.

If you already deleted your account and are still being charged, cancel through Apple or Google Play as above, or email support@irisremodel.com for a web subscription and we will cancel it for you.
