Iris Remodel Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Iris Remodel. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials, impersonate another person, or attempt to access data you do not own or control.

Iris Remodel supports email/password login and social sign-in providers such as Google and Apple. If you use a third-party identity provider, that provider may also apply its own terms and privacy practices to your use of that sign-in flow.

2. License to use the service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Iris Remodel for your personal or internal business use. This license does not give you ownership of the application, source code, trademarks, or underlying service infrastructure.

If you download the app through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, you may also be subject to that platform's end-user terms. For Apple-distributed builds, the Apple standard licensed application terms may also apply where required. See Apple's standard EULA.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and purchases

Iris Remodel is a paid subscription product. Starter and Premium are monthly auto-renewing subscription offerings. We may also offer optional one-time credit packs for additional rollover credits.

• An active qualifying subscription is required to access the workspace, submit render jobs, and use stored credits.
• Optional credit packs do not create, convert into, or renew a subscription.
• Prices shown in the app, on the App Store, on Google Play, or at checkout are the controlling prices for a purchase.
• Taxes, exchange rates, and storefront-specific pricing may vary by country, device, and platform.

Additional billing rules, renewal terms, cancellation guidance, and credit behavior are described in our Billing and Subscription Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Your content and generated output

You retain your rights in the photos, prompts, and other content you upload to Iris Remodel, and, as between you and us, you retain your rights in generated outputs you receive from the service, subject to third-party rights, platform terms, model limitations, and applicable law.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, transform, and display your content solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Iris Remodel. This includes using your images and prompts to process render jobs, synchronize projects across your devices, enforce plan limits, investigate abuse, and respond to support or legal requests.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, reference, prompt, or export through the service.

5. AI feature notice and output limitations

Iris Remodel uses third-party AI and image-processing systems to generate outputs based on your source images, prompts, settings, and optional reference materials. AI output can be imperfect, incomplete, non-unique, or inconsistent with your expectations.

• Generated output may contain visual artifacts, factual mistakes, or unwanted design choices.
• You should review results before relying on them for purchasing, construction, permitting, code compliance, safety, or professional design decisions.
• We do not guarantee that outputs will be exclusive, non-infringing, fit for a particular purpose, or suitable for regulated use cases.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Iris Remodel to violate the law, infringe third-party rights, evade platform billing rules, interfere with service integrity, or upload or generate abusive, unlawful, malicious, or deceptive content.

• No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, exfiltrate, or bypass service controls.
• No use of the service to process content you do not have the right to use.
• No abusive automation, fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or policy evasion.
• No attempts to overload, probe, or compromise our systems or those of our service providers.

7. Third-party services and platform rules

Iris Remodel depends on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including identity, storage, database, AI inference, and billing providers. Your use of those integrated features may also be affected by third-party terms, platform rules, or app store policies.

For example, payment instruments are handled by the relevant store or payment processor, and social login is handled through the relevant identity provider. We do not control those providers' independent legal terms or privacy practices.

8. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

We may suspend or restrict access to Iris Remodel if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, created security or legal risk, engaged in fraud, or failed to pay for applicable services.

You may stop using Iris Remodel at any time. If you request account deletion, we will attempt to delete or de-identify your account data and stored user media as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational retention requirements.

9. Disclaimers

Iris Remodel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the service will always be secure, error-free, or continuously available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelius Studios LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to Iris Remodel will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurelius Studios LLC operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. You and we agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal legal remedies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date on this page, provide in-app notice, or use another reasonable method of notice. Your continued use of Iris Remodel after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
