Iris Remodel Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aurelius Studios LLC ("Aurelius," "Iris Remodel," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Iris Remodel through our website, web app, mobile apps, APIs, customer support channels, and related services.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to information processed through Iris Remodel, including when you create an account, sign in, upload photos, submit prompts, generate remodel outputs, manage billing, contact support, or use a mobile app or web session associated with the service.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Iris Remodel, we may process the following categories of information:
- Account and identity data: email address, auth provider identifiers, session data, and account status.
- User content: uploaded room photos, optional reference images, prompts, project metadata, and generated outputs.
- Subscription and billing data: subscription tier, store or payment provider, transaction identifiers, billing state, and credit balances.
- Support and communication data: messages you send us, screenshots, and support-related records.
- Campaign and measurement data: the ad or link labels you arrived with, whether you completed a first render and whether you viewed it, and your advertising-measurement choice (see section 6).
- Technical and diagnostic data: request metadata, app or device context, IP-address-associated server logs, timestamps, and error information used to operate and secure the service.
We generally do not receive your full payment card number for App Store or Google Play purchases, and Stripe handles payment method details for web billing flows under its own systems.
3. How we use information
- Authenticate users and maintain signed-in sessions.
- Store, sync, and organize projects, uploads, and generated results.
- Run AI-assisted image generation and related processing steps.
- Calculate plan access, credit balances, subscription state, and purchase eligibility.
- Process billing events, purchase verification, restore flows, and refunds where applicable.
- Respond to support requests, account issues, and abuse reports.
- Protect the service, investigate fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve reliability, performance, and product quality.
4. AI and image-processing disclosure
Iris Remodel uses third-party AI and image-processing systems to generate remodel and restyling outputs. To provide that functionality, we may transmit your uploaded source images, prompts, optional reference images, and related render parameters to third-party AI providers or supporting processing infrastructure.
This processing is necessary for the service to create outputs. If you do not want uploaded content or prompts processed in this way, do not submit render jobs through Iris Remodel.
5. How we share information
We do not share your information with third parties for their own unrelated marketing just because you use Iris Remodel. We may share information in the following operational situations:
- Auth, database, and storage providers: to authenticate users and store project data and generated media.
- AI providers: to process render jobs and generate outputs from your images and prompts.
- Payment and platform providers: such as Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play, to process or verify purchases and subscriptions.
- Infrastructure and operations providers: to host the application, queue jobs, secure the service, and maintain uptime.
- Meta (advertising measurement): only if you allow it on our websites, and through the iOS app as described in section 6.
- Legal and safety disclosures: where required by law, court order, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, Aurelius, or the public.
- Corporate transactions: if Aurelius is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
6. Advertising measurement
Campaign labels. When you reach irisremodel.com or app.irisremodel.com from one of our ads
or links, we record the campaign labels in that link (source, medium, campaign, content and term, and Meta's
campaign, ad set and ad numbers), the page you landed on, the domain of the site that sent you, and when. We
keep them in a first-party cookie (iris_acq) on our own domains for up to 30 days. If you create an
account, we save them with your account so we can tell which campaigns bring new users and whether those users
complete a first render. We do not send these records to advertisers, and they are deleted with your account.
Meta Pixel on our websites, only with your permission. If you choose Allow, our websites load
the Meta Pixel. It sends a page view on irisremodel.com and, once, a registration event when a newly verified
account is created in the web app. Meta receives identifiers stored in its cookies (_fbp and
_fbc, which can hold the identifier of the ad you clicked), your IP address, browser information and
the page address, and may associate this information with your Meta account under Meta's own policies. We do not
send your email address, photos, prompts or project names, and we have turned off Meta's automatic collection of
form information. If you choose Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Pixel is not
loaded and the ad click identifier is not stored. Your choice is kept in a cookie (iris_ad_consent)
for 180 days. You can change it at any time below; withdrawing stops further events and removes the Meta cookies
from our domains, but cannot recall events already sent.
Mobile apps. The iOS app uses Meta's software development kit to measure app events (such as opening the app, creating an account, a first render, viewing the plans and verified purchases). Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt controls whether your device's advertising identifier is shared. The iOS app also asks Apple, once, whether the app was installed after tapping one of our Apple Ads, using Apple's AdServices attribution (no advertising identifier is involved). If you create an account, we save Apple's answer with it: whether the install came from our ad and which campaign, ad group and keyword it came through. The Android app does not include Meta's kit.
Your choice on this browser: not set
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Iris Remodel, support your account, preserve service continuity, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations.
When you request account deletion, we attempt to remove or de-identify relevant account data and delete associated stored user media from our active service systems, subject to technical limits, backups, transaction records, fraud-prevention needs, and legal retention requirements.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information.
- You can manage account settings and authentication choices inside the app where available.
- You can request account deletion through the app's account deletion flow or by contacting us.
- You can choose whether to submit images or prompts for AI processing by deciding whether to use render features.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the relevant payment platform or billing flow.
To submit a privacy or data request, email support@irisremodel.com.
9. Security
We use a combination of technical, administrative, and organizational measures intended to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information processed by Iris Remodel. No system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International processing
Iris Remodel and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
11. Children's privacy
Iris Remodel is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law to consent to digital services. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, contact us and we will review the request.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date on this page, provide in-app notice, or use another reasonable method of notice. Your continued use of Iris Remodel after the updated Policy takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
